Let us talk again about the oil tanker that was filled with forged ballots and was seized by Iraqi guards while it was crossing the boarder from Iran into Iraq. The Iraqi boarder guards say that the ballots were partly completed and apparently the truck driver told the guards that he know of at least three other trucks that had crossed from Iran.

There is no doubt that this is only the tip of the iceberg. If that one truck driver knew about three other trucks, you can imagine the actual number. Who really knows how many of these fake ballots actually made it to the polls?

We should understand that Iran’s meddling has not been limited to filling fake ballot boxes but the Mullahs for some time have been spending millions of dollars to bribe, blackmail and even to kill candidates.

The aims of these Mafia style activities are to paralyze independent parties and candidates so that they give up the election to Tehran supported candidates.

But how can you stop the Mullahs in Tehran when they see their own death in democratic process of Iraq?

So let me emphasize here that Iran will absolutely not give up Iraq. They are even willing to go to war with the US over it and if there is going to be a war; Mullah’s prefer to fight it in Iraq rather than in Iran.

And maybe that is what is going on in Iraq: “a war.”

For the rest of us, we should use every means in our power to stop Tehran from gaining control in Iraq. Even further, let me say this, the danger of Iran controlling Iraq is far greater than its nuclear and atomic danger.

Is history about to repeat itself? Will the upcoming Israeli elections manage to escape from the clutches of Shimon Peres’ again? Can lightning strike twice? Remember, Shimon Peres incredibly lost the race to become the leader of the Labor Party to Amir Peretz due, in large part, to growing concerns and legitimate questions about his involvement in the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin and the subsequent government cover-up.

As duly noted by Reuven A. Kossover at Blog Critics and at Jewish Indianapolis, and widely distributed by the highly respectable Jerusalem-based Root and Branch Association’s Information Services:

“Around the time of the primaries, the Labor hacks waved the bloody shirt of former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, who was assassinated in 1995. News started to leak that the man convicted of the crime, Yigal Amir, actually had shot blanks at Rabin and that the murder had been the work of the General Security Service (Sherutei Bitachon Klali — Shabak) agents — who were in the pay of Peres, a Rabin rival. The news was just enough to defeat Peres in the election, and Peretz, a fellow familiar for his continual strikes to protect Histadrut control over pension funds, was now leader of the Labor Party.”

As the political stakes are raised and the heat is on, will the “bloody shirt” of former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin get laundered in public again? Will the Kempler video become an international hit? Will those who are engaged in the historic campaign seeking justice for Rabin agitate enough national and international attention to insure that the real killers get brought to trial? (1500 posters have been strategically placed throughout Jerusalem and Tel Aviv airing these grievances).

And shouldn’t reporters question why the Labor informers who leaked the news before the Labor primary (that stooge Yigal Amir shot blanks from a sterile area and Shimon Peres was part of the staged event) didn’t follow through with any demands for a new investigation and failed to insist Israel must reopen the Rabin File? Could this dereliction of duty, this possible criminal neglect to pursue the matter backfire on those who would indict “the man who would be king?” (especially since it’s believed the Vatican promises Peres a place in the “New Jerusalem” under “international control”).

The Israeli political atmosphere is definitely charged and short fuses are sure to be blown, as is the cover of many who have gotten away with murder for too long. Rabin’s blood cries out for justice! If indeed Shimon Peres came to power over Rabin’s dead body, as publicly charged by David Rutstein and Barry Chamish without getting sued, it’s past time for Israel to clean up their act and let Zion be redeemed with justice.

In this day and age countless people prefer to find their swimwear on the Internet; shopping online is an unproblematic & appropriate way to shop in the freedom of your own sitting room.

It’s vital to check while purchasing swimwear on the Internet that it fits you precisely. When you buy swimwear on the Web always check that the store supplies a good quality sizing chart that gives all of the measurements you might need. With the help of a sizing chart one can make sure to get a swimsuit or bikini that fits exactly, so reducing the necessity to exchange for a different size. The Majority of the online swimwear shops don’t agree to an exchange of goods therefore it’s generally always better to pick a shop where exchanges are allowed. Some online shops will allow the returns of swimwear if the tags & the original packaging are also returned along with it. Find eye-catching and sexy bras at great prices from designers such as Freya, Mademoiselle, Chantelle, Caprice, Adore and Panache.

Swimwear is a usual element of the summertime; yet a huge majority of full-figured females feel daunted at the prospect of shopping for swimsuits and bikinis that fit correctly. These women even contemplate about wearing caftans by the swimming pool or at the beach instead of looking unpleasant. Designers & shopkeepers have indentified the fashion issues of the overweight woman, & are at last beginning to feature a wide assortment of stylish bathing suit designs in bigger sizes, and the best place to discover such swimwear is to acquire swimwear online.

Airlines do not allow cell phones on board, but they do allow AirCell a specialized new technology for in flight calls. AirCell’s technology has been approved by the FCC because it uses a single regulated frequency. Normal cell phones are not allowed on flights because with the current technology a phone trying to connect with ground cell towers might connect with multiple sites and confusing the system and ties up space and could possibly interfere with avionics, which I disagree because the 900 MHz band is quite unique in its frequency characteristics and not close to the other. AirCell is the only airborne cellular system operating on a traditional cellular frequency band, which has been proven to the FCC not to interfere with nearby communications.

Now then no matter how you feel about the rules of cell phone use while in an airliner, we know they work. Now however due to the rules you may now only use the AirCel. With that said perhaps these AirCel phones could be hooked to the NSA computer to track these phone calls and scan words to instantly identify immediate threats or potential Islamic radicals who are doing dry trial runs. We know that the previous hijackers of 9-11 made many trips to be sure that they knew all the routine just right to prevent problems with their murderous suicide mission. This is a great technology tool for safety of frequency interference, airline additional profit center, National Security and preventing another possible tragedy because we were ill-prepared and underestimated our enemy. Staying heads up as in all citizens to questionable circumstances and behavior along with a little help with the greatest new technology and we can prevent another attack. Trust your instincts, Believe in yourself and trust the technology.

To that point we have another great technology to prevent attack, which shuts off Fuel Trucks, HazMat and even spent nuclear fuel transporters. Read this article: Satellite Security Systems Demonstration Successfully Shut Down of Tanker Truck from Above. “In November a company named; Satellite Security Systems (S3), which is a well known global provider of asset security and logistics control was able to take technology ideas and innovation and put it into action. This was done the California Highway Patrol (CHP) and InterState Oil Company in the demo. It was done completely by wireless remote shutdown mechanisms in the truck. The truck was a fully loaded moving petrochemical tanker truck. All this was done from S3’s headquarters in San Diego - 530 miles from the demonstration site - satellite communications were used to disable the truck in seconds, proving S3’s GlobalGuard and FleetGuard a viable solution to the challenge of controlling rogue hazardous waste vehicles that could pose a threat to homeland security. The event, conducted on CHP Academy grounds in Sacramento and administered by the CHP, addresses ongoing concerns about the affordability of effective security technology, stealthiness of such a security device, and how GPS monitoring can be incorporated safely into law enforcement protocol.” “The communications backbone for the GlobalGuard system is the Motorola ReFLEX satellite communications system. The ReFLEX system is a secure, two-way messaging infrastructure that stretches across North America (US, Canada, and Mexico) and is also available throughout Europe and Asia. Compared with competing data networks, ReFLEX’s capabilities provide a wide range of crucial technical and economic advantages. S3 adds the government’s GPS data to keep decision makers fully aware of operational circumstances. Lastly, a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week Monitoring and Support Center (MSC) is staffed with trained professionals to respond immediately to emergency situations.” “Satellite Security Systems’ GlobalGuard technology secures, tracks, and controls assets throughout the US, Mexico, and Canada for clients including military, government, police, and the consumer market. With GlobalGuard, users can communicate with, monitor, track, analyze and control the movement of virtually any object in transit. The integration of Motorola’s two-way satellite communications, on-board CPU and an integrated Global Positioning System (GPS) make it possible for GlobalGuard users to send data back and forth from a central command unit or monitoring center while being continually alerted to new or dynamic changes.” (source: Satellite Security Systems).”

By using this technology a satellite could systematically shut down possible targets within the realm of possible paths at power plants, bridges, dams, airports, fuel depots, train tracks, power lines and water supply. There could be roadway cement barricades rise up to block attackers, trains stopped and relays of information to first responders and military. All Net-Centric. Every thing automated and information instantaneous. Is this possible? It appears that it maybe soon. Satellites play a huge part in our future National Security.

The answer to International Terrorism is alertness (staying heads-up), preparedness, technology and will.

The Term:

Historically, the term “Kung Fu” is not really featured in any ancient texts. It was first coined by a Frenchman named Jean Joseph Marie Amiot, a missionary who lived in the 18th Century, in reference to Chinese martial arts. Kung Fu is also called Gongfu, Wushu, or Kuoshu, and originally denotes expertise in any skill, and not exclusive to martial arts.

Brief History:

The practice, philosophy, and concept of Kung Fu can be traced back to ancient Chinese texts such as Zhuang Zi, Dao De Jing, and Sun Zi Bing Fa (Art of War written by Sun Zi), all written between 1111-255 BC. These texts contain passages related to the practice, propagation, and principles of Chinese martial arts, or Kung Fu as it is known today.

One theory regarding the first written history of Kung Fu suggests that the Yellow Emperor, who reigned from 2698 BC, wrote the first treatise on Chinese martial arts. Others give credit to Taoist monks for introducing an art form that resemble modern Tai Chi around 500 BC. Then in 39-92 AD, Pan Ku included “Six Chapters of Hand Fighting” in his discourse on the history of the Han dynasty (Han Shu). As the popularity of martial arts progressed, a physician named Hua T’uo also wrote his own treatise entitled, “Five Animals Play” in 220 AD.

Kung Fu had become a common word in the West beginning in the late 1960s, popularized by martial arts movies and TV series. The Western world today has also seen an immense upsurge in the creation and production of martial arts movies starring great actors/masters such as Jackie Chan and Jet Li.

Basic Principles:

The concept of Kung Fu revolves around three basic principles - Motivation, Self-discipline and Time.

According to experts, the real motivation behind learning Kung Fu is inspiration and not force, which should come from an inner craving to learn and develop the mind and body. Motivation here is the fundamental driving force. There is no external or worldly gain for the learner, and the only reward is that of knowledge, skill, strength and wisdom.

In Kung Fu, discipline is complementary to motivation. Discipline puts motivation into deed and action. A learner has to make an effort into what he has been motivated for, and self-discipline helps him get started and guides him to achieve that goal. Therefore, without discipline, motivation is just a dormant state of mind.

Time is the path to perfection in martial arts. Once motivation and self-discipline have set in, a learner has to spend a considerable amount of time putting mind and body into practice. A truly inspired learner does not have the privilege to waste time, stay idle or indulge in fruitless activities. Everything done by him/her should reflect real motivation and self-discipline.

Variants and Styles:

With the passage of time, numerous variants and styles have come up in martial arts, or Kung Fu. Some of the more popular ones include Karate, Escrima, Wing Chun, Jujitsu, Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Shaolin, White Crane, T’ai Chi Ch’uan, and Bagua Zhang.

Martial Arts HQ offers articles, tips and tricks about different martial arts.

We all have a good foundation in the basic blows and combinations.

Think about adding the following drills to your basic syllabus.

These can be trained as “stand alone” combinations OR worked into existing “Defendu” combinations either “before” or “after”.

1. HARD left lead to chin (mental foramen)
HARD overhand right to chin (opposite side)
then: HARD upward right knee to fork.

Repeat punching combo.
Then: Side step with right leg (out and to the right 45 degree)
LEFT knee to fork.

2. HARD left to chin. HARD right to solar-plexus.

Then the knee smashes as above.

3. HARD left to SOLAR-PLEXUS. HARD right to chin.

Then the knee smashes as above.

4. HARD left to solar-plexus. HARD right to SOLAR-PLEXUS.

Then the knee smashes as above.

Basically it’s a series of drills to train the TWO most fundamental punches to head and body, followed by a knee smash to the nuts, practicing with either knee.

Give it a try.

NO BITCHING about “hurting” your hands! NO “Nancy” boys (or girls) allowed here!

________________________________________

Now try this:

For the sake of the drill “visualize” an attacker moving in with a straight left lead right to your snot-box.

What realistic possibilities exist:

1. Side step IN to your LEFT and 45 degrees.

2. Side step DIRECTLY to YOUR left.

3. Side step BACK to LEFT at 45 degrees.

4. STEP directly to the REAR.

Any of these FOUR “inside” shifts/footwork maneuvers will allow you to avoid/evade the straight left and COUNTER from the OPEN or INSIDE line (his right/your left).

EACH of these sidestep/back step maneuvers HAS both advantages and disadvantages. Depending on environment-obstacles and/or multiple assailants, etc. EACH can be useful if NOT the only choice possible. FIGURE THIS OUT!

Now add the FOUR basic combinations. You NOW have TWENTY-FOUR drills to use and abuse. TWO HARD PUNCHES - A KNEE or KICK to the NUTS and FOUR footwork maneuvers and YOU have enough material to LAST FOR MONTHS or daily training.

AND THIS is only for YOUR LEFT SIDE!

SOOOOOOOOOO………How do we train this and REALLY LEARN from it:

Face your main striking tool (Bob, Spar Pro, Heavy bag).
VISUALIZE the STRAIGHT LEFT LEAD and THE BODY POSITION of your IMAGINARY attacker. The bag now becomes THAT assailant - Left hand snaking out to crush your - LEFT foot forward, BODY turned to a 45 degree.

OK? Get IT?

NOW practice sidestepping as above and then IMMEDIATELY countering. EACH FOOTWORK pattern will allow you (or FORCE you) to make adjustments in order to close in and HIT with POWER, speed, accuracy and BALANCE. WORK THIS!!!!!!!! Your common sense and BODY will TEACH YOU THE BEST WAY to do THIS!

NEXT………………………Place an OBSTACLE like a chair at various points to YOUR left or the bags right. This represents either a REAL obstacle OR a SECOND adversary.

NOW, figure OUT which BODY maneuver will GET YOU OUT of DODGE and still ALLOW for a HARD and FAST while GIVING the “second” opponent the LEAST chance of successfully attacking OR how you would have to move to AVOID a REAL WORLD obstacle.

And this is JUST the beginning! Imagine how GOOD you will become if you TRAIN EACH INDIVIDUAL technique like this!

Make a COMPLETE study of a KNEE smash, edge of hand, chin-jab, tiger-claw, side boot kick, groin kick, elbows, punches, and on and on!
Master each INDIVDUAL attack covering ALL OPTIONS both left and right sides and LEFT and RIGHT body shifting!

THEN start with combinations!

Just think of the SKILL, SPEED, POWER and MASTERY you will acquire over EACH attack method, and THEN consider how well you’ll move with your combinations!

This is what we worked on yesterday at Ralph’s.

Like I always say……………YOU are YOUR BEST TEACHER!

Get something REALLY GOOD to HIT.
Attach a rope or belt or anything that you can SEIZE HARD and YANK with your left hand.
Now take your right fist and PUNCH AS HARD, AS FAST, AS POWERFULLY as YOU CAN REPEATEDLY. FASTER and HARDER.
WITH AS MUCH INTENSE EMOTION, ANGER, RAGE, HATE, FURY, VENOM, FEROCITY and KILLING INSTINCT as you CAN!

Thailand is one of the cheapest destinations in the world. No wonder that it has been popular among backpackers and round-the-world travelers for years. The accommodation is dirt cheap and with careful planning you can find decent places to stay. Finding affordable air tickets into the country can be a bit tricky but not something which cannot be solved. The capital , Bangkok, is served by plenty of Asian carriers so you just need to figure out your stops on the way to Thailand. You can fly into Bangkok and then plan the rest of the journey on other means of transport. But finding the perfect airfare and accommodation can be time consuming (if not money consuming as well). So a good option is to book a vacation in Thailand and you nail both from one hit. Plus, in most cases at least one item of the package is heavily discounted. Do make sure to research your destination before you leave. The last thing you want is to end up in Thailand right smack in the hottest time of the year. It would totally kill any plans of having fun. If you don’t know where to start when creating a possible itinerary, check out the vacations and tours packages available to get an idea. You can plan to visit the temples, or take a food tour of the country. Or you can experience the traditional Thai massage. No matter what you choose, a vacation in Thailand will be both exotic and rewarding.

Economy is called the dismal science because it pretends to be one, disguising its uncertainties and shifting fashions with mathematical formulae. Economy describes the aggregate behaviour of humans and, in this restricted sense, it is a branch of psychology.

People operate within a marketplace and attach values to their goods and services and to their inputs (work, capital, natural endowments) through the price mechanism. All this elaborate construct, however, depends greatly on trust. If people were not to trust each other and / or the economic framework (within which they interact) - economic activities would have gradually ground to a halt. A clear inverse relationship exists between the general trust level and the level of economic activity.

There are four major types of trust:

  • Trust related to Intent - the market players assume that other players are (generally) rational, that they have intentions, that these intentions conform with the maximization of benefits and that people are likely to act on their intentions.

  • Trust related to Liquidity - the market players assume that other players possess or have access, or will possess, or will have access to the liquid means needed in order to materialize their intentions and that - barring force majeure - this liquidity is the driving force behind the formation of these intentions. People in possession of liquidity wish to maximize the returns on their money and are driven to economically transact.

  • Trust related to knowledge and ability - the market players assume that other players possess or have access to, or will possess, or will have access to the know-how, technology and intellectual property and wherewithal necessary to materialize their intention (and, by implication, the transactions that they enter into). Another assumption is that all the players are “enabled”: physically, mentally, legally and financially available and capable to perform their parts as agreed between the players in each and every particular transaction. A hidden assumption is that the players evaluate themselves properly: that they know their strengths and weaknesses, that they have a balanced picture of themselves and realistic set of expectations, self esteem and self confidence to support that worldview (including a matching track record). Some allowance is made for “game theory” tactics: exaggeration, disinformation, even outright deception - but this allowance should not overshadow the merits of the transaction and its inherent sincerity.

  • Trust related to the Economic horizon and context - the market players assume that the market will continue to exist as an inert system, unhindered by external factors (governments, geopolitics, global crises, changes in accounting policies, hyperinflation, new taxation - anything that could deflect the trajectory of the market). They, therefore, have an “investment or economic horizon” to look forward to and upon which they can base their decisions. They also have cultural, legal, technological and political contexts within which to operate. The underlying assumptions of stability are very much akin to the idealized models that scientists study in the accurate sciences (indeed, in economy as well).

When one or more of these basic building blocks of trust is fractured that the whole edifice of the market crumbles. Fragmentation ensues, more social and psychological than economic in nature. This is very typical of poor countries with great social and economic polarizations. It is also very typical of countries “in transition” (a polite way to describe a state of total shock and confusion). People adopt several reaction patterns to the breakdown in trust:

  • Avoidance and isolation - they avoid contact with other people and adopt reclusive behaviour. The number of voluntary interactions decreases sharply.

  • Corruption - People prefer shortcuts to economic benefits because of the collapse of the horizon trust (=they see no long term future and even doubt the very continued existence of the system).

  • Crime - Criminal activity increases

  • Fantastic and Grandiose delusions to compensate for a growing sense of uncertainty and fear and for a complex of inferiority. This nagging feeling of inferiority is the result of the internalization of the image of the people in their own eyes and in the eyes of others. This is a self-reinforcing mechanism (vicious circle). The results are under-confidence and a handicapped sense of self esteem. The latter undulates and fluctuates from overvaluation of one’s self and others to devaluation of both.

  • Hypermobility - People are not loyal to the economic cells within which they function. They switch a lot of jobs, for instance, or ignore contracts that they made. The concepts of exclusivity, the sanctity of promises, loyalty, future, a career path - all get eroded. As a result, there is no investment in the future (in the acquisition of skills or in long term investments, to give but two examples).

  • Cognitive Dissonance - The collapse of the social and economic systems adversely affects the individual. One of the classic defence mechanisms is the cognitive dissonance. The person involved tells himself that he really chose and wanted his way of life, his decrepit environment, his low standard of living, etc. (”We are poor because we chose not to be like the inhuman West”).

  • The Pathological Envy - The Cognitive Dissonance is often coupled with a pathological envy (as opposed to benign jealousy). This is a destructive type of envy which seeks to deprive others of their successes and possessions. It is very typical of societies with a grossly unequal distribution of wealth.

  • The Mentality (or the Historical) Defences - these are defence mechanisms which make use of an imagined mentality problem (”we are like that, we have been like this for ages now, nothing to do, we are deformed”) - or build upon some historical pattern, or invented pattern (”we have been enslaved and submissive for five centuries - what can you expect”).

  • The Passive-Aggressive reaction: occurs mainly when the market players have no access to more legitimate and aggressive venues of reacting to their predicament or when they are predisposed to suppressing of aggression (or when they elect to not express it). The passive-aggressive reactions are “sabotage”-type reactions: slowing down of the work, “working by the book”, absenteeism, stealing from the workplace, fostering and maintaining bureaucratic procedures and so on.

  • The inability to postpone satisfaction - The players regress to a child-like state, demanding immediate satisfaction, unable to postpone it and getting frustrated, aggressive and deceiving if they are required to do so by circumstances. They engage in short term activities, some criminal, some dubious, some legitimate: trading and speculation, gambling, short termism.

The results are, usually, catastrophic:

A reduction in economic activity, in the number of interactions and in the field of economic potentials (the product of all possible economic transactions).

An erosion of the human capital, its skills and availability.

Brain drain - skilled people desert, en masse, the fragmented economic system and move to more sustainable ones.

Resort to illegal and to extra-legal activities.

Social and economic polarizations. Interethnic tensions and tensions between the very rich and the very poor tend to erupt and to explode.

One of the biggest challenges faced by airbrush artists are proof of what you say is true! The potential customer is going to find it hard to believe you. Whether it is, if you can do the work, whether they think you are charging them too much, or it is simply that you are artistic, potential customers are going to find it hard to trust you.

Ask satisfied customers to leave a Testimonial

If you can convince the customer to trust you, then it will be easier for you to make money airbrushing. So how do you get a potential customer to trust you? Well the most powerful way to get them to trust you is by testimonials. There is limit as to what you can say about yourself, without looking too arrogant! But when someone else says it, or if you prove yourself by “demonstration”, making money is yours for the taking, and, it will be on your terms. So when customers buy from you, get them to write about the service you have given.

Use Stuff Ins to increase sales

Apart from customers giving you testimonials, you can do other things when customers start buying your products. If you have a booth or stall or any walk in store and put products in the bag for customers, you should include “stuff ins”.
Stuff ins are advertising flyers/brochures that promote something from your store.

Use information literature about products that require more detailed information before a buying decision is made. Announce special sales or give away coupons. Whatever you do, remember that this is FREE distribution of your advertising. You have plenty of space to say what you want. Use it to educate your customer and get them back to buy more. This type of advertising is practically free. And it is effective, because it goes to your best customers, the ones who are buying from you now.

If you sell online, include your flyers in with orders. For example, lets say you have a small package. You will be able to include all sorts of advertising literature (catalogues, brochures, flyers ect) AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. And because they are going to be your best customers, they are likely to get the best possible response. Try it, and don’t be surprised if your sales double.

Keep a mailing list of your customers

The most important part of being in business is to keep a mailing of your customers.
A customer mailing list is a list of customers that are at your fingertips that you can sell your product to.

It is always important to keep adding to this. The more customers in your mailing list, the more successful your business is going to be.

Why is it important to have a mailing list?

Well for starters, a good customer mailing list can be used to call on to help you make more money. If you know some important details of customers who have purchased from you in the past, you can give them what they want. You will also get them to buy again, and again and again. For example, knowing when your customer’s birthday is, you can then send them a greeting card, wishing them a happy birthday. Included in the card, you can offer them a gift voucher worth $10 to be used on any products or services you have to offer. The customer will be happy because he has received a gift voucher. However, he/she will be even happier that you have remembered his/her birthday. There is nothing more important to a person than that feeling of being special. Doing this you would have achieved two goals. The first goal is to keep your customers happy. The second is to build the trust with your customer so that you can make more money when you require it.

How to start your mailing list

A simple way to start your customer mailing list, is to make sure you
collect every customer’s contact details who buys from you. For leaving their details, give them a 10% off voucher for their next purchase. Another simple way, which can be used to get your details of customers is to offer a prize. For example, “Enter our draw to win $500 worth of airbrushed products!” Everyone loves to enter into a prize to win something! You will have a list of customers ready to give you money in the future in no time.

Make sure you get major details from customers like name, address, phone number, email, birthday and any other information you think is necessary to get them buying from you in the future.

(Ref: St. Paul, Minnesota tenants)

There is somethingnot sure whatthat provokes a person not to respect another’s property

I have found myself, time and again repairing what they’ve ruined, felt
no need to repair themselves

When confronted about how they’ve left the place, ill will befalls them to the point they get madder than a hornet

To please these folks, lighten their load, one has to be their godfather
and endure their insults

No need to look for them, they’re scattered throughout St. Paul, whites, blacks, Mexicans (just pay the bill, I tell them)

But when we talk, to set things straight, you knowman to man, or woman to woman (my wife gets involved)

I try to be as respectful as I can be, thinking, to each his own, we do not think alike, yet, respect is not received

And some folks complain no matter what, we end up in court, and the
Judge always has pity on the Tenant, of course

When I walk away, they say to one another, “He’s gone no need to worry, he can’t do a thing, the law is on our side!”

Right or wrong, they are right, especially in St. Paul, Minnesota, Judges take the laws and fart them away

Oh, they (the tenants) like to play this game, beat the landlord, make him give in, trying to get others to play it with them

In reality neither one of us needs have a defense, just mutual respect, but that is becoming unheard of (what the heck)

My houses will never get mad at them, they knew thisthat is why they break everything, yet are not willing to fix

I had put a notion to get out of the landlord business a while ago, and now I have, thank god

Let the deadheads find their own homes to wreck, and hell with the judges that act like their lawyers

But there is something in people nowadays, nonetheless, that bothers me, but I’d rather not give offence (I’ll try not to)

Something that says it’s all right to show disrespect; undisciplined yes; deadheads, could be, whatever it is

They move in slyness it seems to me, hoping not to find someone like themselves for company
