How To Prevent & Control Acne
Remedies For A Smoother Skin.
Do you have acne? Acne maybe the scourge of adolescent years, but it can follow people into middle age and beyond.
Acne is really a catchall term for a variety of symptoms such as pimples, whiteheads, and blackheads. It’s a condition where the pores of skin become clogged and the person gets inflamed and non-inflamed lesions.
So what’s the cause of all the clogging?
Heredity - at least for the most part. Acne is genetic - it tends to run in families, it is an inherited defect of your pores. If both your parents had acne, three out of four of your brothers and sisters will get it too.
Factors that can aggravate an acne outbreak are:
Stress, sun exposure, seasonal changes, and climate can all precipitate an acne attack. Certain types of makeup and taking birth control pills can also cause a breakout.
Change Your Make-up.
In adult women, make-up is the major factor in acne outbreaks, especially oil based products. It’s the oil that causes the problem. The oil is usually a derivative of fatty acids that are more potent than your own fatty acids. Use a non-oil-based make-up if you are prone to acne.
Read The labels.
Cosmetic products that contain lanolins, isopropyl myristate, sodium lauryl sulphate, laureth-4 and D & C red dyes should be avoided. Like oil, these ingredients are too rich for the skin.
Wash Properly.
Wash your make-up off thoroughly every night. Use a mild soap twice a day and make sure you rinse the soap entirely off your face. Rinse six or seven times with fresh water.
Use Less Make-up.
Whatever make-up you use, try to cut down on the amount you put on.
Leave Well Alone.
Don’t squeeze pimples or whiteheads. A pimple is an inflammation, and you could add to the inflammation by squeezing it, which could lead to an infection. A pimple will always go away in one to four weeks if you leave them alone.
Know When To Squeeze.
Most pimples are best left alone, but there is one kind that you can squeeze to help get rid of it. If the pimple has a little central yellow pus head in it, then a gentle squeeze will make it pop open very nicely. Once the pus pops out, the pimple will heal more quickly.
Attack Blackheads.
You can also get rid of blackheads by squeezing them. A blackhead is a very blocked pore, and a gentle squeeze will help rectifty this.
Give Dry Skin Extra Care.
Dry skin can be sensitive to some over the counter skin treatments, so please use these treatments with care. Start with the lower strength products first, and then increase the concentration slowly.
Stay Out Of The Sun.
Acne medications may cause adverse reactions to the sun, so minimize you exposure until you know what the reactions going to be.
Use One Treatment At A Time.
Don’t mix treatments, use only one at a time because they may cause an adverse reaction if mixed together.
Stop The Spread Of Acne.
Apply acne medication about half an inch around the affected area, to help keep the acne from spreading. Acne moves across the face from the nose to the ear, so you need to treat beyond the inflamed area. Most people make the mistake of treating only the pimples and not the outlaying areas of skin. This is wrong.

Oh…..to be FEMALE!!!
Being human is not an easy task, we tend to say these days, but I think it has been that way since day 1 of mankind.
But being FEMALE, now that’s a challenge and a half. I have never been a guy, but from what I see and don`t get me wrong guys, I know that you have your hands full trying to co-habitate with us females.
Seriously though lets look at men from my side of the fence..
MENS WORRIES!!
-they fear rejection from women.
-they worry about their ability to perform and satisfy women (if they are gentlemen)
-they worry about putting food on the table.
-they worry about women not being attracted to them(younger women in some cases)
-they worry they may not survive the women’s next menstrual-cycle
-hmmmmmmmmmmm
-they might worry about prostate and colon-cancer(if they are smart)
-they worry about their children, if they have any
-they worry about success
Fair enough…now…FEMALE WORRIES!!
-we worry that we are not pretty enough
-we worry we are not thin enough
-we worry we are not sexy enough
-we worry we will not keep them interested in us
-we worry that they will find younger women more of a lift to their egos
-we worry that we confuse them too much
-we worry about success
-we worry about our children, if we have any
-we worry that we will have to depend on men for financial support
-we worry men will not respect us for our intelligence
-we worry about our menstrual cycles(totally out-of-our-mind-days of the month)
-we worry about losing our youthful bodies (the ones that men seem to totally get whiplash around)
-we worry that no matter how much time and effort we put into keeping ourselves looking good, the men will not notice (wallflower syndrome)
-we worry about keeping it altogether(job, house, kids, and satisfying hubby )
-we worry about the ever dreaded menopause(eeeek)
So that’s pretty much most of the human worries that are first to pop into my mind, whether they be yours or not, sorry, this is my article.
Now I know that not all females and males fall into most of these worries. But I think I am speaking for the norm of worries.
Also women tend to be victims of society a hell of a lot more than men, after-all is it not a “mans world”?…. Do we see half naked men all over the television?….NOT. Women have a lot more to prove these days than men also.
Men say, “its not a COMPETITION” , uhg! I have heard that so many times that I want to gag at times on that answer. Then why are we made to feel like we are in a competition? Why are there so many women with low-self-esteem? Why are there so many women with jealousy issues? Why is the cosmetic-surgery market booming? Why are there radio commercials selling cosmetic-surgery like its candy? Why is it that women can see a good looking guy and not get whiplash or have to wipe drool off their chins?
Many of the women I have listened to or read their thoughts all ask these same questions. These are not just a select few, these are many, many women from all over the world. Guys, trust me here, I am only looking for answers, I am not bashing at all.
Some females do not care about any of this stuff, never have a care or worry in the world, ever wonder why. Maybe they are so into themselves, that’s all they care about. I think if you are that detached from whats going on in the world around you that you definitely are on your own planet. Maybe that’s how we all should be, but hmmm, how would the world be with no one caring about what others think or feel?
There are so many different people in the world and I am sure some fit nothing I have said here, remember people this is just my brain trauma here, so take it with a smile and a chuckle. I am merely giving you something to think about.
I do shout out to the world though for us women that really, really care about what men think . We are working overtime to please , so wake up guys and take notice.

Exercises You Probably Don’t Do But Should!
Exercises You Probably Have Never Tried . . . But Should!
This is going to be kinda short and sweet. . . . Maybe not too sweet.
Here’s 3 exercises to throw into your routine that will shake it up a little. A little unorthodox but these will give you a workout in itself.
Knee Lift Crunch
Lie on your back, cross your hands across your body, and lift up into a crunch position. Stay in this position throughout this exercise. You will probably start shaking some when you near the end of this exercise.
Now lift your feet off the ground. Again, they stay here throughout.
Bring the right knee to the chest in a slow, steady movement. Return and do the same with the left knee.
Important . . . this is not a bicycle type legs in motion movement. Your knee is brought to your chest, the leg returns to the starting position, and then the other knee is brought to the chest.
Try to work your way up to 3 sets of 10.
Bear Crawl
Get down on your hands and feet; butt up in the air. Walk on all fours like a bear.
I’ll tell you what. You’re probably gonna want to start out slowly with this one because you are going to feel it. Great upper body and endurance exercise.
Crab Walk
OK. Reverse the bear crawl. Now your arms are behind you, feet on the floor, and butt off the ground. You’re facing upwards.
Start walking backwards on all fours.
Your triceps are going to be aching.
I guarantee if you do these 3 exercises, you’ll feel some soreness in your muscles even if you’ve been exercising for awhile.

When people are complaining on their own life, on their every suggestion proposed for improvement, they answer with: “Yes but…”, and exactly that sentence is the repulsion or accepting new views. That’s why next time when you’ll encounter an obstacle, do it exactly the opposite, maybe in front of you will open some new gates of life. According the psychologists the basic of this kind of obstacles most often are:
Tiredness
Ask your-self how old you feel? If you answer is that you are old enough, know that the tiredness prevents you from taking new changes. The tiredness can be the cause of lack of physical energy, loss of psychic energy and emotional emptiness. That way you are just a one step to depression, because with a lack of will and tired body you can’t feel passion in nothing. Right now try to repel the depression. If in the mornings you wake up more tired then when you have got asleep, or after the summer holiday you are still tired without wish to change something, to cause joy, best way is to consult with some professional or medic.
Prohibitions
A lot of people the life experience have imposed prohibitions of excitement and happiness. Maybe you have learned that way from the parents, the religion and maybe you have been in a negative company for a long time. Spend a little time digging in the causes of the life prohibitions you have. We are all used to avoid situations where we could be ashamed and criticized. In order to fortify how much you are relied on the thinking of others, ask yourself these three questions:
- If it’s not important to me the thinking or others, what should I do?
- If I knew that it wouldn’t be revealed to the others, I would make…?
- If I was sure that it’s the right choice, I would do…?
If in the answers you have noticed things you’ve never done and which in you raise happiness, smile and dynamism, then for sure you are the one which makes the obstacles and the boundaries. If you are not pleased with your job, maybe it’s better to change it. Or if it bothers you that your partner will leave you, talk with him/her, because that kind or thinking in your relationship means displeasure. That’s why it’s better to clear those problems in as soon as you can. It’s worst that a lot of people don’t accomplish their ambitions in a way which they could develop full confidence in them selves.
Remember what are the things you’ve wanted to make and obstacles you have created for those things. If your wishes are not against your moral and ethics values, then strive to accomplish them, but at the beginning don’t tell anyone about it, especially those ones which are going to criticize and despair you. Don’t seek for help and support from those who have contributed for your failure. It’s better to share the wishes and the hopes with the people which would react positively. It needs just a little effort and courage to discover the new life joy.
Fears
You need to have influence in yourself in order to gain self-confidence and to free from your fears. It’s best to accept the situation in which you are. Be aware for your fears but don’t resign on then. Don’t let sadness overwhelm you and follow your dreams even if you are most afraid and lost. It’s not sad with any purpose that, the one who risk, that one will most take advantage of it. Do the one which you wish for, the one you thing it’s special for you and cause pleasure in you. Try to approach on the life by some other aspect, don’t let the surrounding stop you.
With accepting the new challenges there is probability that you will loose, but the chances are greater that you will draw out yourself the everyday life. When you’ll face with yourself, you lacks, your desires, your hidden hopes, then you are on the right way to begin a new life. The battle with yourself is the hardest one, but it’s not impossible.

Insighting Human Behavior thru Gravity Wave Simulations of the Moon
Every police officer will tell you that when there is a full moon, the natives are restless and it will be a long night, with lots of arrests and paperwork? This is a known fact one which cannot be dismissed so easily after such basic observations. An evolutionary theorist would say this is because on moonlit nights our ancient ancestors went on night hunts or that the Sabertooth tigers came to hunt us? Some say these things date back to our Tree Shrew ancestry, all of which Darwin might agree is plausible. Other more spiritual folks might say it is a special time, which brings out human emotion and spirits? Sounds cool to me. I could go for that one? Whatever the case is Lunar Cycles and full moons cause or help along Earth Shift movements of Tectonic plates, coincide with ocean wave actions and indeed cause the behavior shift of many life forms on the Planet’s surface. Could this be from an interaction of gravity waves between Earth and Moon? If so does it affect the resonance of mother Earth’s 7.89 Hz or heartbeat?
What if we take these variations from these interactions and intensify them; using wave manipulation on the human brain. Oh no, you are so evil; you are now saying? Must be those spirits coming out for the next moon cycle, but all kidding aside, can we insight human emotion, emotional out bursts or even fear thru gravity wave simulations on the human body. Can we use sound directional technologies to focus it on someone’s skull while they are in a completely scientific environment? What kinds of behavior can we expect? Well as our policemen friends say we might expect some rather rotten, hostile or aggressive behavior. Indeed this maybe the case, but whatever it is we will find, we need to experiment and see, as the opposite might be like music to the common beast. Thus we have a way to heal, or mellow out as well or alert a population in times of impending danger to take charge to defend themselves. In times of war we can get our enemy to make a move and come out of hiding rather than wait to see where we will be attacked in an ambush. Anyway, think on this.
